If for any reason you our not happy with your purchase, please return your item along with a copy of the order form.
We are happy to refund or exchange any items, as long as they’ve not been tampered with or opened.
Any postage cost that occurs can not be refunded.
If we have made a mistake and sent you a wrong item (different to that listed on your invoice) we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your costs for returning the item. (Please contact us first so we can advise you on the most appropriate postage option).
Our Returns Process:
1. Contact us first
Please get in contact before returning any item to us. You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will give you instructions on how to return your parcel and explain what paper work we require.
2. Posting your return
Make sure your parcel is wrapped securely when returning any item. In most cases you will be able to send your return with the packaging that the order was sent in.
3. Refund or replacement
Once we have received your item back safely, we can then take the appropriate action in appliance with your instructions.
