After searching for a good multivitamin for years, I finally found this … and it’s a nice liquid instead of pills that don’t always go down right. For a long time, I used the fruit and veggie based vitamins, but they didn’t have ‘the Bs’ so that was an issue with overall health. Thus far, these are the best option I’ve found.
